Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Den Hoggen Armenia. Below are the terms and conditions of our delivery service.
Order processing and delivery times
We do our best to process and dispatch every order as quickly as possible. Please note that "working days" means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
We currently deliver throughout Armenia within the following time frames:
- Yerevan: within 2 working days of placing your order.
- Regions (outside Yerevan): within 4–5 working days of placing your order.
Delivery rates
The exact delivery cost is calculated and shown at checkout, based on the delivery address you provide.
Order confirmation and status
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a further notification. If you have any questions about the status of your delivery, please contact us.
Delays and damage
Although we do our best to meet the stated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, bad weather or other unforeseen logistical reasons. If the delivery of your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you by email or phone.
As stated in our Refund Policy, if your order arrives damaged, please take a photo immediately and contact us so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
